The International Railway Equipment Exhibition (IREE) is India’s only dedicated event for the Rail Transportation Sector, organised with the active support and participation of Indian Railways, the third largest rail network in the world.

Operating over 12,000 passenger trains and 7,000 freight trains daily, Indian Railways connects over 8,000 stations, transporting 23 million passengers and 3 million tonnes of freight every day. IREE 2025, now in its 16th edition, is a flagship platform bringing together domestic and global stakeholders in railway infrastructure, technology, innovation, and investment.

What Did Enseur Do?

  • Objective:

      Build momentum for the 16th edition of IREE 2025, generate digital visibility, attract exhibitors, and drive engagement across industry stakeholders through an integrated digital marketing campaign.

  • Pre-Event Hype (15 June – 15 October 2025)

      We executed a comprehensive social media marketing campaign over 120 days, targeting key industry professionals, exhibitors, railway authorities, and decision-makers.

  • LinkedIn Highlights:
    • 3,735 new followers organically gained
    • 326,475 total impressions generated
    • 117,534 members reached through strategic content & hashtags
  • Facebook Highlights:
    • 1,200 new followers
    • 9,484 video views across creatives and reels
  • Content Delivered:
    • 158 posts created (static + videos) across platforms
      • Industry facts, speaker promotions, exhibitor spotlights, countdown creatives, and live video snippets
    • Designed WhatsApp-forward creatives to aid exhibitor and visitor mobilisation
    • Developed multiple emailers for exhibitors, conference invites, and logistical communications
    • Supported the CII sales team with “Exhibition Sold Out” milestone creatives
  • During the Event (3 Days):
    • Handled live tweeting and coverage for the conference sessions
    • Real-time content creation for panel highlights, product launches, and key moments
    • On-ground team coordination with CII for content approvals, session visuals, interview bytes of exhibitors and speaker highlights
    • Delivered end-of-day roundup posts for LinkedIn & Facebook
  • Created the Official IREE 2025 BTS Video:

      To capture the energy, scale, and behind-the-scenes work at IREE 2025, we conceptualised and produced a high-impact BTS video.

      The video showcased:

      • On-ground footage of the exhibition setup
      • The start of the event the next day
      • Highlights of various exhibition stalls

      This asset reflected the effort and excellence behind the campaign and became a powerful digital testimonial for future collaborations

Results
